Join JetBlue, New York's Hometown Airline®, and become a part of our mission to bring humanity back to air travel. We are looking for caring, passionate, and fun individuals to join our team as 'entry level' Inflight Crewmembers, based at our main hub in New York (JFK). 'No experience' is necessary; we will provide you with world-class paid training to ensure your success. About JetBlue: JetBlue is more than an airline; we are a global, travel-centric lifestyle brand. We are consistently ranked by J.D. Power for 'Best Customer Satisfaction' and are known for our award-winning service, free Fly-Fi (the fastest Wi-Fi in the sky), unlimited free snacks and drinks, and the most legroom in coach. With a team of over 23,000 Crewmembers, our culture is built on five core values: Safety, Caring, Integrity, Passion, and Fun. We believe in taking care of our Crewmembers so they can take care of our Customers. Your Role as an Inflight Crewmember: This is the most visible role in our company, and it comes with immense responsibility. Your primary duty is to ensure the safety and security of our Customers from boarding to deplaning. Beyond that, you are the host of the JetBlue experience. You will provide a caring and compassionate service, respond to Customer needs, and work as part of a team to create a positive, fun environment on board our modern Airbus and Embraer fleet. Your Day-to-Day: No two days are the same. Your schedule is variable and based on seniority. You may start your week with an early 'day shift' flight from New York to Los Angeles, or be on-call for a 'night shift' (red-eye) to the Caribbean. This 24/7/365 operation requires 100% flexibility. You must be available to work every 'weekend shift', all public holidays (Christmas, Thanksgiving, etc.), and be prepared for on-call (Reserve) duty, where you may be called to fly with little notice. This 'entry level' position is challenging but incredibly rewarding, offering a unique opportunity to see the world. Training & Onboarding: Successful candidates will be invited to our comprehensive, 6-week paid training program at JetBlue University (JBU) in Orlando, Florida. You will live and breathe our values while learning everything from aircraft specifics and emergency procedures to our unique service standards. We provide lodging, training materials, and a per diem during your training. Career & Compensation: JetBlue offers a competitive wage, with an estimated annual base salary for new Crewmembers between $45,000 and $70,000 (based on flight hours). We also offer profit sharing, a 401(k) with company match, and unparalleled travel privileges on JetBlue (and our partner airlines) for you, your family, and your friends. We are committed to promoting from within, with opportunities to grow into an Inflight Lead, Purser, or move into support roles at our Long Island City corporate office.
